Due to COVID-19 and protecting our valued residents and employees, effective immediately the following protocol has been implemented.
All currently scheduled work orders for routine or non-urgent items will be rescheduled for the week of April 20th, 2020 in accordance with the state stay at home order. This could change at a moment notice and could be extended out. Our staff will be reaching out by phone or email to confirm whether or not someone in the household is ill or otherwise experiencing flu or virus-like symptoms as having a fever or experiencing respiratory symptoms. If someone in the household is sick and/or experiencing such symptoms and the work order is non-urgent, we will ask to reschedule repairs for after the household is well again and as recommended by state and federal authorities.
If you or another member of the household has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or is suspected of being infected, PLEASE CONTACT CDC https://www.cdc.gov/ TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Please advise the manager.
The health and safety of our valued residents and employees comes first. Due to COVID-19 all common area amenities as well as the Leasing Office will be closed until at least April 20th. The Laundry rooms will remain open. We have many ways to communicate virtually including e-mail, phone, text and our online portal available via our website.
